Welcoming your new dog!
Before the arrival of a new dog, you will need to think about how to properly welcome your new pet into your life.
It is both rewarding and beneficial for you and your new dog to begin your lifelong journey together on the right track. If you are unsure about selecting the right fit for your family when looking for a dog and need some guidance I can help you find a pet that will be best suited for you and your family. Whether you get your dog from a breeder, local shelter or rescue organization being well informed prior to adoption will allow you make better decisions with confidence.
Knowing what to expect and being prepared prior to a dog coming into your home can alleviate potential problems. From the first day you bring your new dog home you will have a better understanding of the importance of structure and knowing how to provide it.
I will help you with:
- Proper introduction into your home.
- Housebreaking.
- Crate training.
- Puppy-proofing your home.
- Introductions to children, cats and other canines.
2 Sessions:
Initial session: On-site evaluation (at location of your choice) to help pick out your new dog.
Home Session: Within two weeks of the dogs’ arrival.
(Evaluations outside of a 20 miles radius of Telford, PA will incur an additional travel charge)
